When stored in a cool, dry place, away from light, unopened pouch will keep for up to three years. It is best to use the entire pouch at once, since an opened product can be altered by moisture.
Once the product has been reconstituted, it must be stored in the refrigerator, in an airtight container, like any other prepared food.
